Don´t pay attention to promises made by timeshare resales companies

Resales companies usually charge their resales fees in advance, don´t pay attention to their promises however much they tell you that your week is of a high value. Paying them in advance is the same as paying a real estate agency its commission in advance before they sell your property.

Almost all resales companies proceed in a similar way. They call and tell you that your week is of a high value and in a great demand; they orally tell you that some of their clients are interested in your week; they tell you that your property is very attractive in some countries and they even sometimes go further and confirm to you that their client has already signed.

Don´t pay attention to any of these promises, since the truth, which is what you sign, is that they only undertake to deal with said resale, without any kind of guarantee, and what is even worse, by charging you their fees in advance, sometimes not inconsiderable amounts.
