In said status report we will highlight those irregularities that we could detect or those provisions or contents that we consider to be contrary to law. Files Collection

Once the legal report has been issued, and in the event that the contents thereof give us cause to bring legal actions, our advisers will collect data about the company in question and search other files which may exist in relation to said company. If said computerized search is successful, then the file will be included in the actions being carried out, and if it is not successful then an information campaign will be carried out with the purpose of finding other victims of the same case.

Feasibility Report

After studying the case our team of lawyers will meet to agree the actions to take against the company. If they think that there is enough evidence and enough files to bring extra-judicial or judicial actions with a certain guarantee of success, then they will agree a plan of action according to the need and seriousness of said specific case.
