One of the most difficult tasks that an independent lawyer has to do when dealing with this kind of matters is to find those people responsible for the company, since in many cases they live abroad. Another thing that said companies often do is to change their names and registered offices, reason why, in order to be able to find those responsible, we try to establish links between said new names and the company with which our client signed an agreement .
