In Torremolinos courts on 16/06/2005 and in court no.2 in Fuengirola on 09/03/2006 judicial writs were issued against the following companies: PROPERTY RESALE SPAIN, TIMESHARE RESALE SPAIN, KILPEDDER SPAIN, SUN HOLIDAYS SPAIN, EURO ESTATES, HOPE DAVIES ASSOCIATES, CRH BUSINESS HOLDINGS and SHORE TO SHORE. 04/02/2008. Fuengirola Court of the First Instance No.4 informed us of our client?s right to reclaim monies and a claim was filed 03/03/2008. In January 2009 the case was heard in the High Court in Madrid who confirmed the findings of the court in Fuengirola and on September 2nd in Fuengirola Court no.1 a criminal judgement was made on each of the named defendants and passed to Spanish Police to enforce.
This is to confirm that A.F.H.E. one of the persons implicated in the above named case has been detained by the police in Spain on 10/11/2009.
