The same decision was take in court Nº1 in Málaga (hearing Nº190/05) and also took the same decision in the appeal (hearing Nº153/2005), always in favour of R&R and not Timelinx Vacation Services.
The magistrate in Fuengirola Court found in our favour against Timelinx during a hearing for libel and slander about our company.
During a Hearing in the Penal court in Málaga, Gary Leigh (the director of Timelinx companies) was ordered to pay our company and to remove all the lies printed about us on web site.
