Two months ago we asked the police for an explication about the information they had about Marcelo Fabian Ramirez, and not having had a reply and due to the
lack of an explication from the brigade commissioner of the Fraud Squad during a meeting with him, I now find myself obliged to apply to the Provincial Audience of Malaga, asking for the police to provide proof of the contents of said report, which we understand to be totaly unfounded. The court claim filed by Ramírez & Ramírez Asesores SL is now at the pre-trial stage waiting for the Court to serve notice of the trial date.

In view of the foregoing we have found out that Mr Antonio Flores is requesting money from his old clients to deal with a claim which was already shelved two years ago. We think that he is doing this with no cause since he mentions Malaga Police Fraud Squad and its inspectors as his contacts inside Police and you can be sure that this is completely false, reason why we must advise you to make no payment to him.

Last 10th May 2010 Marcelo Fabián Ramírez and the company Ramírez & Ramírez Asesores SLU sued Antonio Flores Vila and Lawbird Legal Services SLP, among others, for LIBEL WITH ADVERTISING arguing that all statements spread by BELEGAL.COM are false, and in view of the fact that this makes the professionalism and ethical work of their consultancy to be questioned, Ramirez & Ramirez Asesores has proceeded to sue them for LIBEL in the hope of clarifying the facts and getting Belegal.com´s rectification of the false accusations published on their website.
We would like to send a message to calm down our clients. We will continue working to protect consumer´s rights with the same strength and professionalism as always.
