After a decade answering the high rate of incidences and irregularities committed by companies of a different nature, we did not take long time to realize the defenselessness to which users and customers were subject in some business activities such as the real estate one, telecommunications and especially the so-called timeshare.

As we heard about new cases and irregularities we extended our advisers staff and employed new specialized lawyers to assist our clients. After a knowledge period, we started our investigations which have led us to almost 7,000 clients and tens of court proceedings filed against companies which in an illegal or irregular way tricked thousands of families affected.

Our raison d`être

All of us know the difficulties that we must face when filing a court action. To the more than difficult task of taking criminal actions we must add the time and cost involved when filing a civil action.

R&R sends its clients a legal report after studying their cases, cases which unfortunately are too much coincident since the sales methods of these companies and their alleged tricks are repeated again and again. However this runs counter to the bureaucratic systems, unfortunately so slow.

United we stand

Since then we have been trying to compile the data and information about all those clients defrauded by the different companies. This allows us to reduce the cost of the court proceedings significantly, since the cost is shared among lots of victims which are exactly in the same case.

To the financial saving involved when representing tens and in some cases hundreds of families affected by the same reason we must add the fact of proving that there are several cases, which offers us the opportunity to increase the number of our claims before the appropriate authorities.

We have joint our efforts and our wide staff of specialized lawyers and advisers have gained plenty of experience in these cases, which allows us to boast of being the leading firm in defending consumers with regard to timeshare. There exist other companies which, taking advantage of the success of our actions, copied our way of operating, but we are aware of the fact that in those cases studied altruism is their only raison d´être
